In my time at KNS, I took an underperforming site from an acquired brand and transformed it into a site that reflects current best practices in the e-commerce space. Hover shopping, better categorization and a more mobile centric design language were all priorities as I set out to completely redo the TAFT shopping experience. Working in-house, as well as with an external development agency, I was able to transform TAFT’s web presence through multi-variate testing, onging NPS monitoring, and heatmap research.
